Bite Me
Farce
A comedy about love, family, and cannibalism...
Lora loves her boyfriend. Really, she does. But she’s keeping a secret from him which could destroy their chances of future happiness: her family occasionally eats people. Unfortunately, Eddie has planned a surprise proposal for the same day that Lora’s family is preparing a very special dinner…
Cast:
- Lora: A woman in her twenties. Cares very deeply about her family and boyfriend, but is very wary of committing too much too quickly.
- Eddie: A man in his twenties. Awkward and enthusiastic, but very endearing.
- Joyce: A woman in her late forties to mid-fifties. Comes across as the quintessential loving wife and mother, but is capable of utter ruthlessness.
- Tobias: A man in his fifties. Intimidating and stern, mostly as a way to keep in control of his surroundings and protect his family.
- Mike: A man in his thirties to forties. Crass, obnoxious, and easily startled. Surprisingly optimistic, even in unlikely circumstances.
- Nana: A woman in her eighties. Has developed a strong character and a lot of good sense from the hardships in her life, but knows the benefits of stopping to enjoy the chaos.
